The contract is to be notarized or if you can't get to a notary we are accepting a copy of your drivers license.
please be aware you are signing a contract to have this kitten altered prior to 6 months of age. I do followup with the veterinarians office so if you think of getting a breeding kitten at the cost of a pet please change your mind. this just happened, shane milam forged 2 veterinarians signatures to gain access to registration papers. you are purchasing a kitten not for breeding purposes!
